The service
CallPorch provides an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls, captures structured intake, drafts confirmations, holds calendar slots, and surfaces a review-ready note for your team. It is an assistive system — every booking, SMS, and escalation respects the rules your team configures and the human approvals you require.
Accounts and roles
You are responsible for the staff you invite, the role you give them (owner, staff, view-only reviewer), and the actions they take in your workspace. Keep credentials private. If you suspect unauthorized access, email security@callporch.co immediately.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans renew monthly or annually based on what you select at checkout. Usage above your plan's call ceiling is billed at the overage rate shown on the pricing page. Taxes are added where required.
You can cancel from inside your workspace at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal — the current paid period remains active so your callers don't hit a dead line. See the refund policy for refund handling.
Acceptable use
Use of CallPorch is governed by the acceptable-use policy. Violations are grounds for suspension or termination, and in the case of harm to callers, for immediate suspension without notice.
Recording, SMS, and your compliance
You are responsible for configuring call-recording disclosures and SMS consent flows in line with the jurisdictions where your callers live. CallPorch provides the tools — disclosure scripts, two-party prompts, STOP handling, opt-out lists — and you are responsible for turning on the ones the law requires for your business.
Not professional advice or emergency dispatch
CallPorch is not medical advice, not legal advice, not veterinary advice, not financial advice, and not an emergency dispatch service. The assistant reads your team's approved referral language for emergencies; it does not diagnose, prescribe, prognosticate, or replace professional judgment. See the AI use page for detail.
Your data
You own your call data and the intake records your callers generate. We process them on your behalf under the privacy notice. You can export them at any time and you can ask us to delete them on cancellation.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what applicable law requires. We do not warrant that the assistant will be available 100% of the time, that every transcript will be perfect, or that every caller will accept the held slot. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (for example, our own gross negligence or willful misconduct).
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate workspaces for non-payment, for breach of the acceptable-use policy, or where required by law. On termination your data is handled per the retention rules in the privacy notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material changes are emailed to workspace owners before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
